Изменение тарификации WhatsApp Business API

Facebook объявил, что с 1 февраля 2022 года для всех клиентов WhatsApp Business API будет внедрена новая модель ценообразования. Меняется схема тарификации WhatsApp, что принесет определенные выгоды представителям бизнеса.

Ценообразование теперь будет зависеть не от числа отправленных сообщений, а от количества инициированных разговоров. При этом цена будет различаться в зависимости от того, кто инициирует общение.

Разговоры WhatsApp Business API делятся на две категории:

  • по инициативе пользователя: отчет 24 часов начинается с момента ответа бизнеса клиенту;
  • по инициативе бизнеса: отчет 24 часов начинается с момента отправки бизнесом сообщения клиенту.

Первые 1000 разговоров (любого из двух типов) ежемесячно предоставляются на бесплатной основе, оплата начнется только с разговора с номером 1001.
